Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Thank you for shopping at Hyperfavor. We want to make your shopping experience the best it can be, that’s why we’re here to help if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Cancelling & Modifying An Order

1.1 Order Cancellations

You can request us to cancel your order within 12 hours after placing the order. Please note that after this time frame, we cannot cancel your order since it has been fulfilled in our system.

1.2 Modifying An Order

If you need to change the information of your order, please contact us at support@hyperfavor.com within 12 hours after your purchase. After this time frame, your request to modify your order cannot be processed.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

- All purchases (containing regular-priced items and sale items) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order. 
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

How to Make Your Return
Send us an exchange or a return request with your order number by the email to which you placed the order. (Emails send to: support@hyperfavor.com.)

- We will review your request within 24 hours.
- You will get a return label/address after the review has been approved.
- If you want an exchange: Once the exchange request is passed, we will send you the product you want immediately.
- If you want a refund: After we receive your returned products, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your refund. *We will issue the refund to your original payment method.

Kind reminder
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.
- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

3. Stolen/Lost Items

If your package is missed/stolen, please contact us at support@hyperfavor.com with your order ID. Once we receive your email, we will work with you to handle the issue. Additional information may be required during the process.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address 

As mentioned in Section 1, you should contact us within 12 hours after placing your order if you want to correct or complete your shipping address. After this time frame, if the false information is not corrected, you will have to check your order’s tracking number in order to work with your local Post Office later.

In the case your parcel is kept at the Post Office due to your incorrect address, please contact your local Post Office to complete the address and request them to deliver your parcel.

We will not issue any refund for orders with the incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during the checkout process.
