Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Hyperfavor. We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return & Eligibility
- You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your last package from the order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all accessories/parts included.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, and no refund will be issued.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost depends on the carrier/service selected.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, item arrived defective or damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost after we verify the issue.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for your request:

- We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and, when applicable, a return label or return address.
4. Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, please include the item you want to exchange for in your email request. Once the exchange is approved, we will arrange the replacement shipment according to product availability.
5. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
6. Important Notes
- Returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Please do not send return packages to the shipping address shown on the package you received. That address is not our return address and may delay or prevent processing.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@hyperfavor.com and include your order ID. We will review the case and work with you and/or the carrier to help resolve the issue. Additional information may be required during the investigation.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you believe you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible. If a shipment is held or delayed by the carrier due to an incorrect address, you may need to coordinate directly with your local post office/carrier to complete delivery.
We do not issue refunds for orders where the incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided during checkout.
