Shipping policy
Shipping Fees
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $5.99 per order. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more (after discounts and before taxes, where applicable).
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 P.M (cut-off time) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Time
After processing, shipping within the United States typically takes 7–12 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 11–20 business days (processing + shipping). Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather, or other delays outside our control.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. The carrier and service level are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and cannot be chosen at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to U.S. addresses only. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details typically activate within 24–48 hours. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Address or Order Changes
Requests to change the shipping address or items in an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes may extend processing time by 1–2 business days.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility.
Issues with Tracking Number
Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear. If your tracking number does not show movement within 3 business days after you receive it, please contact us for assistance at support@hyperfavor.com.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your package, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
